Sunday, Feb. 3, starting after 17:00 - Super Bowl Party, at the Yonkers Church, 254 Valentine Lane, Yonkers, NY. Admission $20 (children under 16: free), which includes watching the Super Bowl on a big screen with projected TV, food, soda, wine and beer. Proceeds will benefit the work of the congregation's Northern region and the upkeep of the Yonkers church. All are welcome to join us.
Sunday, Feb. 3, at 10:30 - Church service followed by the annual meeting of the New York Latvian Federal Credit Union, at the Long Island Church, 4 Riga Lane, Melville, NY. The meeting will take place in the church's social hall, downstairs. Refreshments will be served after the meeting. All credit union members and potential members are invited.

Church of New York, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 638 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081. The meeting will be followed at 12:30 by the New Jersey Latvian School's "Draudzīgais aicinājums" event.

Luth Church of NY, at the Long Island Church, 4 Riga Lane, Melville, NY 11747. Everyone interested in learning more about the work of the church's Long Island district committee and the Latvian Ev. Luth. Church of NY is welcome to attend.
Annique Goldschmidte and Laila Lapina talked about their "Sveika, Latvija!" trip last summer after the Epiphany service at the Long Island church on January 6th. In the picture we see Laila, Annique and Pēteris Jansons who was a guide on their trip.
